In today’s rapidly developing industry, a kit launch for football clubs is more than showcasing merchandise. It’s about inspiring their fans and wider audience on a deeper level, and in Southampton Football Club’s case, grabbing headlines.
We created fresh, fun graphics of the animated superhero crime-fighting quartet of Ryan Bertrand, Fraser Forster, Maya Yoshida and Manolo Gabbiadini. This served perfectly to launch the two-part short film, showcasing the new home and away kits.
Maximising the graphics and creative was essential to hit the ground running with the kit launch. Dynamic, exciting assets were produced for digital, from social media to web banners, enabling increased reach and value of the campaign.
To further engage fans, graphics were designed to enhance retail space and window displays. The campaign was also utilised to elevate brand engagement across the stadium itself, family concourse, hospitality and outside areas, all of which serve to enhance matchday at St Mary’s, creating an immersive stadium experience.
